DISPATCH & SHIPPING

All delivery times are quoted in days for metro areas only and are an estimate, not a guarantee. These shipping estimates are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on external factors and location. 

During sales periods, please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery due to the increased volume in orders. 

We aim to ship all orders received by 12pm AEST on the same day. Any orders after this time cannot be guaranteed same day dispatch and will be shipped the following business day. All orders received over the weekend and on public holidays will be shipped the following business day, excluding sale periods. 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Orders to some countries may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. This includes the recent tariffs for our US customers. Countries have different laws regarding this and we aren’t able to provide specific quotes and vary depending on the value or the order, the item's fabrication and where it was made. If import taxes remain unpaid this will delay your package from being delivered and will not be refunded. 

Key points:

  • D&Ts are calculated on the value of the parcel and are not affected by discount codes, credits or gift cards.
  • It is your responsibility to reach out to your local Customs for more details regarding fees before completing your purchase.
  • D&Ts are non-refundable as they are mandatory for importation. 
  • If you refuse to pay and your parcel is returned to sender, you will be liable for the return shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your refund. 

STOLEN PARCELS

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. JGR & STN is not responsible for missing or stolen packages once an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address.

DAMAGED PARCELS

JGR & STN is not liable for any damage to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated shipping address.

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy our products are now subject to additional tariffs and duties upon entry into the United States.Please note the following important update to our return policy:

  • Duties and tariffs paid at checkout are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, we will only refund the purchase price of the product, excluding any duties, tariffs, or customs fees paid.
  • These charges are assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are outside of our control.
  • Items can only be returned for a refund or store credit, no exchanges.

Returns processed as store credits will receive an additional $10 bonus credit on their return. All credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 3 years from date of issue.

All full priced items can be returned for a refund, please reach out to info@jaggerandstone.com to initiate a return. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

If you have a change of mind in respect of a purchase (e.g. you no longer want the product), we will accept a return within 14 days of purchase and provide you with a store credit + additional $10 or refund.

We won't accept returns for the following:

  • Products must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original packaging and tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge. 
  • All sale items are final and we will not be accepting any returns.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, or swimwear (including one piece and sets). The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. 
  • Products that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
  • E-vouchers

We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. 

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault within 30 days of the item being delivered. Our team will work to resolve this with priority. 

All items purchased from our online sale section are final and we will not be accepting any returns. Feel free to reach out to our team via chat or email for any questions regarding fit or sizing prior to purchasing.

Items purchased from a pop-up store can only be returned in store while the pop-up remains open.

All sales are final. No exchanges or store credits will be given.
