All delivery times are quoted in days for metro areas only and are an estimate, not a guarantee. These shipping estimates are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on external factors and location.
During sales periods, please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery due to the increased volume in orders.
We aim to ship all orders received by 12pm on the same day. Any orders after this time cannot be guaranteed same day dispatch and will be shipped the following business day. All orders received over the weekend and on public holidays will be shipped the following business day, excluding sale periods.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Orders to some countries may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. Countries have different laws regarding this and we aren’t able to provide specific quotes and vary depending on the value or the order, the item's fabrication and where it was made. If import taxes remain unpaid this will delay your package from being delivered and will not be refunded.
