1. The promoter
 The promoter is We The Wild Ones Pty Ltd trading as JGR & STN (ABN 11 627 114 354), 2/80 Dover Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 ("Promoter", "we", "us").

2. The promotion These terms apply to the $5K Bali Giveaway ("Promotion"). By entering, you agree to these terms.

3. Promotion period
 The Promotion starts at 9:00am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 15 October 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

4. Who can enter
 4.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia (excluding the Australian Capital Territory) and New Zealand aged 18 years or over.
 4.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies and suppliers involved in the Promotion are not eligible.

5. How to enter
 5.1 To enter, during the Promotion Period you must:

6. Entry limits
 6.1 One entry per person, regardless of the number of friends tagged or comments made.
 6.2 Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, made through automated means, or that don't comply with these terms are invalid.
 6.3 You can unsubscribe from our marketing at any time. Unsubscribing after entering doesn't affect a valid entry.

7. The draw
 7.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 12:00pm AEST on Friday 16 October 2026 at 2/80 Dover Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.
 7.2 We will verify that the drawn entrant has completed steps 5.1(a) to 5.1(c). If they haven't, or are otherwise ineligible, their entry is invalid and another entry will be drawn.

8. Winner notification
 8.1 The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw.
 8.2 The winner's first name and state or region will be published on our website and on @jaggerandstone from Monday 19 October 2026.

9. Unclaimed prize
 If the prize isn't claimed within 5 business days of notification, a redraw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on Friday 23 October 2026 at 2/80 Dover Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220. The redraw winner will be notified within 2 business days.

10. The prize
 10.1 One winner will receive:

10.2 The total prize value is $5,000 AUD (including GST). All prize values are in Australian dollars.

11. Prize conditions

 11.1 The Flight Centre gift cards are subject to Flight Centre's Gift Card Terms of Use. They can be redeemed at Flight Centre or Travel Associates company-owned stores in Australia (for all product types excluding currency), or online at flightcentre.com.au for flights and stays. They are valid until 30 September 2029. Booking fees, service fees and merchant fees may apply and are the winner's responsibility.
 11.2 The winner is responsible for any costs above the gift card value. This includes passports, visas, travel insurance, transfers, spending money and any other travel costs.
 11.3 The store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued. It can only be used on the Fever State collection at jgrandstn.com, is subject to stock availability, and can't be used with other offers.
 11.4 The prize can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
 11.5 If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
 11.6 The Flight Centre gift cards can only be redeemed through Flight Centre Australia, in Australian stores or online at flightcentre.com.au. A New Zealand resident winner is responsible for any limitations this places on redemption.

12. Tagged friends
 Tagging a friend doesn't give the tagged person an entry, prize or any other entitlement. The prize is awarded to the winner only. Whether the winner travels with anyone, and any costs for that person, are the winner's responsibility.

13. Privacy
 We collect your personal information to run the Promotion and, as you've opted in, to send you marketing by email and SMS. Your information is handled in line with our privacy policy at https://jgrandstn.com/pages/privacy-policy and, for New Zealand residents, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). You can unsubscribe at any time.

14. Liability
 14.1 We're not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that affect entry.
 14.2 To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the Promotion or the prize, including any travel. This doesn't exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ).

15. Instagram
 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. You release Instagram and Meta from all liability in connection with the Promotion.

16. General
 16.1 Our decisions about the Promotion are final.
 16.2 We may cancel, suspend or change the Promotion if it's affected by anything beyond our reasonable control, including fraud or technical failure, subject to any applicable laws.
 16.3 We may disqualify any entrant who we reasonably believe has breached these terms or tampered with the entry process.
